Abstract

The Russian-Ukrainian War has been a crucial strategic event in the context of the post-cold war Europe. Its implications will be felt in many regions and across multiple domains. Among those domains, geopolitical and military domain are those that should have a prominent position in the current debates. The key questions we would like to ask in this panel are: 1) What are the prospects of The Russian-Ukrainian War to end in a frozen conflict (or a clear-cut victory)? 2) What are the lessons CEE countries, and their armies should take form the ongoing conflict and what dilemmas they will likely face. 3) Considering that it is not Europe but rather the south-east Asia that will be the pivot of geopolitics in the 21st century, what are the military lessons for China and Taiwan?
