Abstract

From the start of the Trump 2.0 administration, the US launched a highly interventionist foreign policy. I launched several military attacks against countries and governments in the global South. Washington bombed the Huthis in Yemen, Iran and several oterh countries in the Middle East. In the Trump administration's National Security Plan the ideas of Latin America as a special sphere of US interest leading to presentaiton of the Donroe Doctrine. The first manifestation of this doctrien was the attack on Venezuela and the removal of president Maduro.
