The question of consciencious objection for religious convictions appears in many contemporary political debates, such as the same-sex marriage, and reproductive rights. If conscientious objection was an individual request, without consequences on the global or social cohesion, it seems today, at least in some of its manifestations, express a willingness of questioning the common standards or norms or of exempting part of the population of exposure to these standards,. It represents so a politization of the phenomena.
Based on the studies of such moral mobilisations in western counties (France USA, Spain), we will try to show of this new form of conscientious objection questions the retains ships between religion, moral and politics.
