Nowdays, manageability of the unsolved socio-economic problems is explained with the rationalism. Manageability of the problems is important at least in terms of controlling them. Being manageable instead finding concrete solutions may be also cost-effective from a economic point of view. But the manageability of the social policy may left the solutions of the social problems in abeyance. Consequently, it should be argued that how effective may be a technocratic approach to the social problems. In this study, while there will be an effort to conceptualize of the European Social Model and Social Policy, manageability of these concepts is criticized and the results of this approach is examined.
