I am developing an academic career with a research focus on good governance in the CEE region. I have collaborated with a diverse range of organizations, spanning from small youth-oriented groups to larger international research companies. For two years, I served as a project manager at a market research company. In this role, I conducted research and prepared reports for renowned international research giants, including Ipsos, Kantar, and Gallup. I aspired to enhance the social impact of my research career and identified an opportunity to unlock my leadership potential by engaging as a youth educator on an international level while enjoying cultural diversity. Currently, I hold the position of president at the Human Rights Research Center (HRRC), a venture I co-founded in February 2018. Personally, HRRC stands as my most significant accomplishment, and I am dedicated to leveraging all of my evolving competencies to enhance its capabilities, ultimately realizing its original vision as a think tank. At present, my work with HRRC centres on working with various vulnerable youth groups, employing non-formal education as a means to ensure equitable access to education.
