Abstract

The relevance of the study of ethnopolitical management is beyond question, as state ethnonational policy needs active transformation in the face of the current threat to Ukraine's national security. Ethnopolitical management is the key to this transformation. Ethnopolitical management, in turn, will strengthen the ability of the state and society to harmonize particular ethnic and common national and civic values and interests of the Ukrainian nation, ensuring upward integration and consolidation of dynamics of ethnic and national relations. The article aims to carry out a theoretical, methodological, and practical analysis of the ethnopolitical management of Ukraine in the relevant national and international context and to compare it with processes in selected member states of the European Union.
