In 2018, we published our Gender Equality Plan (GEP) which set out a series of actionable targets with regards to gender representation across our sub-organisations, activities and events.
Atlhough nearly all targets set in the GEP have now been met, we are committed to building on progress made. As such, in 2021 our Executive Committee established the Working Group on Equality, Diversity and Inclusion (EDI) which seeks to to identify and respond to areas of underrepresentation created by potential disadvantage or bias across our activities and the broader community.
