ECPR Council approve constitutional amendment

Following the online vote, the ECPR Council has approved the following amendment to the Constitution.

Article 14a shall now state ‘The Executive Committee shall consist of twelve persons elected by members of the Council.’

The amendment allows the election of new Executive Committee members to be held in the early months of the year thus increasing Official Representative voter turnout. A full report on the referendum can be found here.
