I am a PhD researcher in Political Science and Political Economy at Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain), under the supervision of Prof. Clément Fontan. My PhD thesis is about the political control of monetary policy and central banks' activities, and its evolutions in the wake of the 2008 financial crisis, in a comparative perspective addressing the cases of the Federal Reserve and the European Central Bank. My doctiral research was initially funded by a FSR scholarship (Fonds Spécial de Recherche) and then by the Fonds de la recherche scientifique (FRS-FNRS) for a 4-year contract (mandat d'aspirant).
